PureLogics is looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure our human resources are utilized effectively across the organization.
In this role, youโll lead HR initiatives, manage internal systems, design policies, oversee agreements and budgets, and drive training programs to align HR operations with business goals.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
โ 4+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role
โ Strong expertise in compensation and benefits program design
โ Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and key HR metrics
โ Hands-on experience with HRMS and internal HR databases
โ Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
โ Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
