PureLogics is looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee all personnel-related matters and ensure our human resources are utilized effectively across the organization.
In this role, youβll lead HR initiatives, manage internal systems, design policies, oversee agreements and budgets, and drive training programs to align HR operations with business goals.
ππ‘ππ π°πβπ«π π₯π¨π¨π€π’π§π ππ¨π«:
β 4+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role
β Strong expertise in compensation and benefits program design
β Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and key HR metrics
β Hands-on experience with HRMS and internal HR databases
β Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
β Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
