Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of desktop, web, mobile, and cloud applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using JIRA or other defect tracking tools.
Implement automation best practices to create robust, maintainable, and reusable test scripts.
Perform API testing and automate server-side and client-side tests.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Maintain clear documentation of test plans, cases, and results.
Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
6 Months- 1 year of experience in software testing, including automation.
Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright and Appium.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Basic knowledge in database testing (SQL Server, Postgres).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hand on experience with Jira or similar project management tool.
